Hello.

To all families who are grieving for your loved one. I am so sorry for your loss. My deepest sympathy to each and every one of you. I planned a beautiful warm service for my beautiful mam. Last week. It was the first time I have had to arrange a funeral in my life. My emotions were in bits. I found it unbearable to cope with at first. I thought I could never put into words at my mams funeral how I really felt for my mam and how much I loved her and how amazing my mam truly was, and that it had to be all done in a short sentence . And that wasn't what we wanted for our my mam. She deserved so much more. We wanted a celebration of my mams life. A true story of her life from beginning to end. And at 86 my mam had a very packed life time of memories as! A Child and growing up into a beautiful devoted loving caring wife. Mother. Grandmother. great grandmother. Until her passing. I remember the day Richard rang me to talk about the service I wanted for my mam. I remember crying uncontrollable. Richard was so sympathetic. So patient and understanding. And he listened to every word I had to say. He was amazing with helping me and my family plan our mams funeral to every detail we wanted. The funeral was yesterday. And how ill remember for the rest of my life how beautiful the service was. What a fantastic job Richard had done for my mam and us as a family. We are so proud to have been able to say exactly how we felt in our hearts. And pour out the grief and pain we feel. There was no hymns. As my mam was not religious. We had all our songs played that was special to our mam and us as a family. I would definitely recommend Richard to everyone. All our family and friends have praised Richard too he was superb. A job well done. Richard showed compassion. Dignity. And Respect. To our mam and all of us at the service. Most of all gave me the confidence to actually stand up and read my mams poem. In front of everyone. Something I have never done. I couldn't have done it with him.

My brother's funeral service was carried out by Richard Reardon. After one brief meeting with Tony's family he was able to construct a beautiful service which reflected our brother so much it was as if they had been close friends. The service was everything we could have hoped for in our brother's name, respectful, dignified, thoughtful and caring.

I am sorry I did not get time to talk to you on Tuesday but I seemed to have a long line of people wanting my attention.

I just wanted to take the opportunity to say thank you for your part in the day’s activity.

You set the right tone and said the right words and, when coupled with a warm and full chapel, enabled us to have just the ceremony that we had wanted.

The ability for some humour to be thrown in was a genuine bonus and I love that Wesley had some concerns over the pistol picture. Dad would have found that amusing.

We were really happy with the whole process from initial meeting, through checking of material to the ceremony itself and would certainly have no hesitation in recommending both you and your company if the opportunity arose.

I want to thank you for the lovely way you delivered my fathers service John Henry James on Friday 31st 2020. I felt peaceful and happy with his send off (for want of better words) I think I did all my crying over the weeks before and as I said felt really happy with the reminders of his life with us.

We used Mountain Celebrations through the recommendation of the Funeral Director for my father's funeral, and am very pleased we did.

The Civil Celebrant (Richard) was so supportive, understanding and generous with his time. He made sure everything was exactly as we wanted.

Hi Claire,
Thank you so much for yesterday's service. Many people have said how well it went and much of it was down to you. There were times when I felt the emotion taking over but I can now look back on the day and think we did my daughter proud. The personal tributes went so well and the choir were outstanding.  It was you who held it all together and the applause at the end was a fitting and final tribute.
Again, thank you so much. We have only known each other for a short while but I believe for you it was heartfelt.
