When I'm not officiating at a Wedding, Funeral, Naming or other ceremony, I have the privilege of being a Companion for the Dying (Soul Midwife). 

I moved to 'The Lakes' from West Sussex after the death of my husband in 2016. Having officiated at his funeral, I made the decision to focus on supporting others at the happiest and saddest times of their lives. Family is very important to me and I am blessed with two married children and three wonderful grandchildren. Throughout the lives of my family and yours, there are many ‘Rites of Passage’, opportunities for reflection and celebration. Miller Williams said, “Ritual is important to us as human beings, it ties us to our histories and traditions”. Every ceremony I help you create; is a unique opportunity to celebrate life, to express our thoughts, feelings and emotions. Recent engagement in a two-year study programme, has further developed my listening and counselling skills. Understanding different religions, spirituality, atheism, cultural diversity and rituals, has enhanced my skills and abilities as a celebrant. Be assured, the bespoke and personalised ceremony we craft together, will truly reflect your preferences, wishes and aspirations, initiating a lasting and beautiful memory.
