Dear Bruno,

We all want to thank you for conducting such a moving service for Rob on Wednesday and so many of the attendees praised the sincerity, clarity and light humour in how you delivered the addresses and eulogy. You have obvious skills and experience in public speaking that support your role as a Celebrant but I believe it is the human understanding and compassion you bring to the task that adds the real value and allows you to focus on the key achievements of the lost loved one in such a limited time. The eulogy was well received and lightened the mood of the day for attendees and we sincerely thank you for that.

It was a real pleasure meeting with you and the family is most grateful for the assistance you kindly provided us. Best wishes for your continued success as a celebrant.
