Hi Claire, I just want to say a big thank you for officiating at the service today. I thought the way that you made it relevant to those with a religious faith, and those without, was excellent. There were many compliments afterwards from the attendees on the way that you conducted the ceremony, and on your professional but warm and compassionate manner, so I thought I should pass on that feedback to you.
I know that our speakers overran their allotted time and it was a stroke of luck for us that there wasn't another funeral immediately afterwards (though I am confident that you would have dealt with the situation efficiently had there been one).
