Sorry it's taken me so long to write to you.  I'd just like to thank you again for Garry's service.  I've had many compliments about how personal it was.  A number of people have called it 'beautiful' (as far as it can be under the circumstances).  At a meeting I went to yesterday, someone asked me if you were a friend of the family as you had made the service so personal.  I don't think I could have done the reading without your support.

So - many thanks for making an extremely difficult time much more bearable.

Dear Tony, I cannot thank you enough for the way you conducted the service today for my dear Dad. You put so much feeling into it one could almost feel that you knew him. Thank you so much Tony, it was lovely meeting you and you did a fabulous job, bringing  sincerity and laughter.
