Hi Tony, I just wanted to say thank you for the service at Mums funeral yesterday. It was exactly as she would have wanted it and everyone said how you made made it so personal despite never having met her. Thanks for your support while I was reading the eulogy it helped knowing you were just behind me should I need it. Peter & I would like one day to call upon your services for our own funerals hopefully in the distant future! Thanks again.

Hi Bruno, I have received the copy of the eulogy you wrote for Martin. I did not expect it but now I have it it is a lovely reminder thank you. I would also just like to say thank you so much for your time, your patience with myself and Amy in the home and the emails requesting changes. I am so grateful to yourself and Karl for the support and guidance at the service which I found very confusing, I know which was due to my grief. You took away from me a lot of worries and gave me strength and confidence at the service for which I thank you. As you are aware Martin passing was a great shock to us all but I am pleased your words spoke of the man we knew and loved, and I felt that was conveyed to all there. Hi Bruno, I can't thank you enough for today, thank you so much for such a lovely send off for my dad. I really appreciate everything you have done. Also, thank you for sending me a copy of the Celebration of my dad's life. It's a lovely keepsake of my dad's final goodbye service and a reminder of the lovely service you gave him.
