Dear Bruno, I would like to say a big thank you for your help and kindness during our loss of Ray. I may have appeared quite unfeeling but this was not so. I keep outward feelings to myself.
I thought highly of your handling of the service - especially the eulogy. It was lovely. Friends and relations attending said it was such a lovely goodbye to Ray. It was beautiful. Once again thank you.

Hi Karin, I wanted to drop you a quick email to pass on our thanks for how good you were at my grandfather's funeral. You did an amazing job and on behalf of all our family I can't tell you how grateful we are for helping us through such an emotional time.
