Dear Claire, I hope you’re well and I’m writing to send my sincere thanks for conducting my mother Mauveen's funeral in such a dignified and sensitive way. At such an emotional time it was really comforting to have the day go so smoothly and with such polish. I feel indebted to Coles Funeral Directors also for making sure all arrangements were in place before the day and both your and their professionalism has given me a lasting happy memory of the day. Hi Tony,  On behalf of my brothers and I we would like to thank you for the lovely send off you gave mum yesterday,.  The amount of people who came up to us and said that it was one of the best and nicest funerals was so comforting,  mum would have been so proud I'm sure.

Claire, I wanted to Thank You for all your help with Mum's service. You went above and beyond and I will be eternally grateful for all you did the day before the funeral. The funeral itself went really well and we had a beautiful wake at home. All I remember about the service was your shoes and how lovely your outfit matched the flowers. How mad is that!!
