Hi Claire
I want to thank you for the lovely way you delivered my fathers service John Henry James on Friday 31st 2020. I felt peaceful and happy with his send off (for want of better words) I think I did all my crying over the weeks before and as I said felt really happy with the reminders of his life with us. He certainly has left a huge gap in our household at 213 The Highway. It was so full on caring for dad but between us we did our best.
