On behalf of Geoff, Jon and myself I just wanted to thank you for making mums funeral service go so smoothly. We all thought that your words were appropriately and professionally organised and delivered exactly as we wished, with empathy and kindness. We received many lovely, complimentary comments about you from those who attended and we were also impressed by the way you helped us decide on the order of service and gave Jon advice on his eulogy.
